Dania Beach was great for us. You have to go to Grampa's to eat. We went for lunch and had so much food for a wonderful price that we snacked on it later. There were such interesting shops, but due to time i didnt have time to go. Ext time.

The area was very safe and quiet between Sunday and Friday. The mall has a variety of stores and the atmosphere is great for families or couples. But, on Sat. night, there were a lot of minors (mid/high school) and some of them were causing trouble.

It seems like a very safe area as we saw many couples, young and older, walking at night when we were out at dinner. No rowdiness or loud music was observed. Everything was peaceful and quiet. I would definitely stay again!

We walked to a nearby shopping area but the streets lack sidewalks so we had to walk on uneven ground and sometimes walk in the street. We are seniors and feel that other seniors with mobility issues might have problems with walking around.
