There were a couple items that needed replaced or maintenance but overall quite good. We had a family emergency back home and had to leave early morning but so glad we made the trip before watching Landman!

It was good to stay for one night. Not much of a breakfast grab-n-go. Good for the price and close to the caverns. Disappointed there was no where to eat near by we drove in to town.

The closest hotel to Guadalupe Mountains National Park. 24-hr Gas station nearby. Space and quite room, room is quite clean and comfy only issue is dirty vent fan. Breakfast is better than nothing.

The staff were incredibly nice! The main draw is its proximity to the caves. For a motel, it was a great stay!

Came in April, pool closed, stores and shops had a lot but pricey. Restaurant was real pricey, and was closed Sunday and Monday and closed at 3pm everyday,went to Carlsbad for food. Cavern cafeteria was good for food, closed at 4pm

Great vintage place

The room was clean. Its an old hotel which had been allowed to remain unused for several years. The basic style is 1950s with a few upgrades to modernize it. The staff is friendly. Its all family owned and operated. 5he have big udeas of returning it to its former glory and i hope they succeed.

Nice hotel. Great Location

Nice roadside hotel within feet of the entrance to Carlsbad National Park and 7 miles from cave visitor center. Hotel was dated but kept up very well. Quiet and clean rooms. Basic motel, especially during off-season as few if any local businesses open. Very friendly staff. Reasonable rates especially for only hotel within 20 miles. Would stay again.
