Step out into the music!

Great location. 1000 meters from the cathedral. Person at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. On one of the nights I stayed, a full orchestra set up on the street outside and played beautifully. The street was filled with music and happiness both nights.

Smelly noisy rooms

This hotel is totally overpriced and too far from city center. It was clean but there was on overbearing smell of some vanilla or other thing that is a total headache booster. Also the doors are heavy and you wake up when people are leaving their rooms because the doors slam with a great noise.

Muy amables todas las chicas y especial atención a la niña del desayuno porque me ha cuidado por ser celìaca y sacrificó su tiempo para tener preparado el desayuno antes de lo pactado ya que yo tenía excursiones muy tempranas. El aseo excelente. La comodidad del colchón y almohadas excelente. La ubicación excelente. Muy a gusto. Si volviera a Santiago obvio volvería a reservar en el mismo hotel. Muchas gracias!!!
