Great location! Did not expect to have a unit that I had to clam stairs to sleep in a bed on the second floor. There was no way to take your luggage up a tiny spiral staircase, forcing you to shower and bathe downstairs. Also, the staircase was broken and missing a spindle, causing it to be very shaky and in a stable

Everyone was super friendly and very informative. Location is WONDERFUL soooo many places within walking distance. Beautiful view and super cute little place. You can tell the place is older and got a pretty decent facelift. Parking is very very very tight. Not much you can do about that though

The hotel is very centrally located and easy access to Gatlinburg. Great place, clean, friendly staff. The only complaint is that it needs updated and remodeled. Ants were coming into the bathroom thru the wall.
