Decent at best. Frustrating.
Fire alarm went off. Set the tone for the night. Was told that one room causes this regularly because of some internal issue that hadn’t been rectified. Next door room had door propped until Midnight talking loudly. My 18 month old puked after eating eggs at the restaurant, then proceeded to puke after eating different eggs in the breakfast area the following morning. Checkout was a breeze and that lady is wonderful.

Good but could improve
Room was clean and nice. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Had a heck of a time with the room temp, too hot or cold as the displayed temp did not feel correct. A hardcopy TV channel guide would have been a great addition to the room. No coffee machine in room for tea and hot water. Was informed of their "Contactless" policy on Check In. So had to request room and towel exchange service (which we had no problems coordinating). The breakfast was "almost" a 4-star rating but serving the scrambled egg mix and TWO containers of Bisquit gravy? A meat would have been nice. The attached Grazer restaurant serves a VERY NICE burger.

Usually a good hotel to spend a night, but during our last two stays, the bathroom sink drained very slowly. The first time, we reported it to the front desk, and they said they would send maintenance to check it out. However, that night it was still draining slowly, so I’m doubtful they sent someone, or if they did, nothing was done. The staff are always friendly, and aside from the issue with the sink, the hotel is clean. The continental breakfast is also good.

The phones in the room were not working. Not even a cord that plugged in. I had to use my own phone to call the front desk, qhich routed me to an overseas operator who then gave me the direct line. Just a minor inconvenience, though.
