Small room and a lot of noise outside because the hotel is next to a club or something. It is nearly impossible to find someone to ask for help seeing that most of it is self service with iPads. The noise from the club outside kept on to night after midnight and people were screaming and shouting.

Dirty rooms. Uncleaned toilets. Talked to people working there and they only clean something if i specifically ask for it. And they dont clean rooms between guests. There were dust bunnies in the room.

Great location. Good sized room (deluxe). Clean and and a great shower. Room was too hot - only option was a floor fan that was not powerful enough and fell to bits. Windows did not open for fresh air. Bed was ok but the pillows were too soft. No USB outlets, no fridge. Only 1 elevator was working. Breakfast was ok but only 1 kind of fresh bread and store bought mini chocolate croissants.

Hotel location is brilliant, close to all tourist sights. However, self check in which was easy but NO information in room or about check in area. There was no iron in the room and when i asked the staff they advised there is an ironing room on 6th floor. No information about this anywhere. “Ironing room” there was ONE iron/board. There was also construction work on building which we were not told about prior to arrival. The room was basic, clean but HOT. The A/C didn't work and it was set to constant heat. The window opened but it was an internal room so didn't make much difference. The bed is small and with the heat, expect restless nights. We did not use any other facilities in hotel. There was also a sewage smell coming from the lower area/downstairs of check in. You were welcomed with that smell!!

Can't say I'll be coming back. The room was very small, not at all what the picture showed. There was a handicap sink in the bathroom which was too big to do your make-up infront of so I had to stand on the side. The bathroom was unnecessarily big and the other room too small. There was no possibility to open the window to get some fresh air, NOT GOOD! They didn't empty our trashcan once during our stay, which was 4 days. The service staff wasn't available, you had to go around looking for them. One of the elevators was out of order and the other one almost never available. I don't recommend this hotel because it seems like you'll never know what you get, stay clear of this one!

Helt ok plass til prisen og beliggenheten, men det er ikke mye service å snakke om i og med at man ikke møter på noen. Innsjekk og utsjekk må man gjøre selv. Sengene er små og overmadrassen er ikke fast. Det er også veldig korte gardiner på rommene med to senger og lyset kommer godt inn i ansiktet når man skal sove.

Helt greit hotell så lenge du ikke skal noe annet enn å sove der. Self check-in fungerte greit nok men var noe vanskelig å forstå til tider. Nokså grei plassering i byen. Rommet og senga var rene, noe som er det viktigste.
