Cons: the rooms are very small

The hotel was conveniently located to a train station, so wherever we wanted to go, it only took us 20 minutes or so. The hotel staff were friendly and extremely helpful with anything we needed. The hotel was clean, my only wish was that the room would have been a little bigger.

The location of the property is great for getting around tokyo by public transport. The hotel itself offers lots of freebies in the lobby ie face masks, bath salts and other toiletries. The staff were really friendly and I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good priced hotel stay.

Was initially apprehensive b/c the location was in Akasaka which no one ever talked about as an area to stay as a tourist. Lovely hotel with friendly staff and Natasha was the sweetest. The hotel is in a quaint residential area with a 7/11 right next door and a few other connivence stores/markets nearby. Train station within walking distance. Rooms are small but doable. Overall great hotel and wonderful stay.

The staff (bilingual) were extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the ensuite ofuro (soaking tub)! The hotel is well situated, on a quiet street but still within a short walk from major subway lines. I would recommend this hotel especially to Tokyo/Japan first-timers looking for an easy entry into the city/country. Thank you, Team Sui Akasaka, we will be back!

This was a wonderful hotel. The room was rather small, but it was clean and comfortable with many amenities. The best part, however, was the amazing staff: so friendly, so helpful, so kind, so diligent. They were all absolutely incredible!!

The hotel is well Located, however they allow smoking in the rooms and our hallway was always smelling like cigarettes. Rooms are small but well equipped for all you would need after spending all day exploring the city

Really well placed for several Tokyo Metro lines, but much quieter neighborhood in general, close to the embassies and Diet. Lovely staff, nice Japanese breakfast on offer. Very happy with our 12 night stay here.

Great location in the center of all spots. Ginza line train station wasn’t too far and made most destinations 20-40 minutes away. The room itself was dorm sized but got the job done.

I loved how this hotel worked out. It was a slight challenge to find a hotel with two beds on short notice. The staff was extremely kind from check in to check out. There's a small cafe in the lobby along with free quailty coffee, teas and shelves of toiletries. Right outside is a 7 Eleven and restaurants close by. Also a very close walk to Akasaka Metro stations.

We really really really loved our experience here. Everything was incredible, all the staff speaks fluent English and we're so nice whenever we had any questions.
Akasaka nears to many official units so there were many businesses people staying here.
They do have laundry which is a plus point. we did use the laundry but unfortunately the machine broke. The staff reacted quickly and helped fixing the machine.
And the most rememberable part was that they perform fire stone ceremony (to wish you look luck in Japanese tradition) when we left the hotel.

Nice location, lots of amenities and free toiletries like hair mask, face sheets , hair wax, lotion, not commonly seen in other hotel. But it’s a little bit dusty
