Not good
The “Lodge” was one of the worst stays for us. The walls are paper thin and is a nice place for truckers, temp construction workers and transients. Granted it’s in a remote area giving the vibes of a bates motel. Newly constructed but not very good. Highly recommend staying in the “hotel” portion which is 100 times better and in our opinion safer. They do have on site security but we noticed people scramble when we returned from the casino at about 1 am which appeared sketchy. The bed was horrible and did not sleep well. Might be good for travelers with pets as this is more a motel 6 style building. The hotel is recommended in our opinion. The staff was great and casino was friendly.

2/10 Poor

Will never stay there again.
We stayed at the lodge and paid for a suite. The rooms are all old , the hide a bed couch didn’t have a masstress, according to the hotel NON of the hide a bed couches do. The rooms a not very clean, hair left in the bathrooms. We had to be moved to a double queen just to get a 2nd bed. That room wasn't very clean and no electric outlet to plug the coffee maker in except the bathroom (disgusting food in the bathroom)

You don't want this one.
The room was soooo loud. TV and talking next door made it hard to sleep.
I could have turned our tv to the same channel and watched it with the sound muted.

Broken bed
One of the beds was lop sided(broken) and so uncomfortable that I was unable to sleep on it. It was in the early hours of playing at the casino and just tried to deal with it. It was reported at checkout time and nothing was compensated. I was told it should have reported it at the time, although I was told the hotel was sold out at check in time.

Ok but ..........
The rooms are far from the main hotel, you actually have to take a shuttle.
The door keys stop working so each day we had to check with the front desk which is in the main hotel.
The walls are paper thin we were able to hear everything and I mean everything from the people above and the sides.

Don't eat at Buffets !!
Was not able to eat at the restaurant without a reservation, so my wife and I did the buffet. MISTAKE. At around 0300 I woke up deathly sick, coming out from both ends, Had food poisoning which honestly ruined the next day of sightseeing. We tried to do a tour, and hike, but I was in no condition and ending up driving back down the Tucson.

Nice stay
Comfortable for a 2 night stay. Jacuzzi at pool was nice. Shuttle service was bonus. Pups welcome at the lodge. Staff at front desk not very friendly. Rest of casino staff really helpful and friendly! Great location for Sedona.
