This is a beautiful property right across the street from the beach and a great little beach bar. All the little restaurants were right behind the hotel and very convenient and walking distance, the pool was a bit chilly because it’s on the 20th floor and weather conditions were right. The staff were amazing. Everyone was so kind and caring and always looked after everything you needed. My room was beautiful overlooking the ocean from the 18th floor everything about this hotel I loved.

While I was checking in at 0300 the staff was rude and inconsiderate. I only wanted to stay for a few hours and leave. Check out at 1000. Buy the said I couldn’t check in until 1400. I would’ve been long gone by then. They are just lacking in any kind of customer service period.

Nice location, but major issues
We were some friends booking this hotel for New Year. Our major disappointment was that the hotel closed off the top floors at 9pm, so no service or events for new year celebrations. Hotel policy, they said. This is absolutely unforgivable! We have celebrated new year in 10-12 other hotels in Da Nang before. They all had exceptional service and happy events on the top floors (of course). Pros: Location is good. Breakfast is good. Cons: No hot water in the bathroom. Had to boil water in the kettle to have a wash. No smart TV, no Youtube etc.Only vietnamese channels Mattresses are very hard. No proper place the work on a laptop, only a make-up table. Reception staff is nice, but don't understand much english. I was actually expecting som kind of copensation, especially for the lack of hot water... but no!

EVERYTHING about this place rocks! We had an ocean front room and highly recommend that. The view is so unbelievable. Staff is great, so attentive and helpful. Location: great, breakfast: amazing!!! So many items offered and beautifully presented. We hated to leave. Highly recommend!

Wonderful hotel directly opposite the most beautiful beach. Lots of beach bars, restaurants and night life within easy walking distance. Fabulous family room for the four of us. The staff were incredibly helpful, they could not have been more helpful and generous in providing many additional food options for our dietary requirements and allergies. They even left us a surprise birthday cake!! Thoroughly recommend this fantastic hotel, thankyou we will definitely be revisiting! xx
