We had a wonderful time at Margaritaville. Our family of 4 stayed in the hotel while extended family stayed in the villas. Very clean and staff was super friendly. A major plus was the H2O waterpark passes for each day of our stay. Close by restaurants, activities, grocery and gas stations for all your needs.

My family always stay at Margaritaville for our summer vacation! We love this resort for many reasons!! Customer service is always on point, the hotel rooms are clean and were cleaned daily!! We usually all stay in a cottage but this year some stayed in the hotel. My only complaint was “ants” were in the bathroom a few mornings. Other than that one hiccup, the trip was enjoyable!!

My only complaint was the we paid for a cabana and the straps were broken so we could not close the side panels for privacy. Also there was only one server for the whole side of the pool that had the cabanas and it took too long to receive our drinks and to check out. I would have a server specifically for cabanas during your busy season.

Better resorts to stay at in the area.

This was probably my least favorite resort stay so far. The air conditioning wasn't working properly, and I woke up with bug bites all over my legs. I had paid for a pool view but ended up on the first floor with a view of a fence. The only positive aspect of my stay was the convenience of having shops and stores within walking distance.
