A expectativa era maior. Não tivemos serviço de camareira porque ela adoeceu e não foi substituída…o quarto ficou sujo e eu estava acompanhada de duas crianças. Pedi pra ser transferida e me disseram que o hotel estava 100 por cento ocupado.

Péssima administração

Já ficamos algumas vezes nesse hotel e fizemos algumas críticas referente a administração. Dos 12 dias em que ficamos hospedados, deixaram de limpar e arrumar o quarto por 3 vezes. O apartamento 2901 tem várias questões. Ofereciam equipamento de cozinha e chegamos lá só conseguimos duas panelas. As tampas dos dois vasos sanitários não eram adequadas ao modelo do vaso e promovia insegurança ao sentar. A Blackout do quarto não escurece o ambiente. Por duas vezes nos ofereceram toalhas esgarçadas ( vide fotos). No balcão de atendimento, apenas o José soube lidar com a situação. O atendente da noite de sábado foi extremamente arrogante ao ser questionado sobre a falta de limpeza no apartamento e reagiu de maneira rude sobre o pedido de late checkout que me foi oferecido pela hotéis.dom por e-mail. Tentei falar com a gerência, mas ela não estava trabalhando por conta dos feriados. A vedação acústica entre o apartamento 2901 e o vizinho é pessima.
