Ok for one night
Stayed here for an overnight stay for my cruise the next morning. Stood in lobby for 10+ minutes ringing the bell and no one came to check us in. Long line grew behind me of customers. When he finally showed up. Didn’t say one word to me. Not a sorry or anything. Beyond rude. Lobby smelt like mildew. To my surprise the room was clean. Though I found a black hair on bedding when I pulled sheet down. Yuck! Breakfast is a joke. Cereal and toast. Ok for a overnight stay but that’s about it.

2/10 Poor

When we got to the hotel on Jan. 17, 2025, some Christmas decorations were still in the lobby. Our room was dusty and our tv did not work. When we reported it, the person at the desk told us we could not move into another room until manager gave his approval. We left for several hours and when we returned, he still did not have permission to move us. We were tired and ready for a room and a while later we were finally moved into another room. That room was also dusty. The soap holder in the shower was torn off the wall so bathing and shampooing your hair was rather difficult. The ice machine was filthy. Someone had even written “Clean Me” on the outside. The morning breakfast was all but not there and no one from the hotel was in the room to clean and or replace the little bit of food that was there. We ended up eating a piece of toast and drinking a cup of coffee. We will never book this hotel again.

Poor experience
Hotel lobby was dirty, bed was lumpy and uncomfortable, the jacuzzi tub was dirty as well as the bath tub. Breakfast offered very little food and the juice machine was broken. Night staff was not friendly or helpful. Will never stay here again.

Do not stay here
When we got to the room, we dropped our luggage and promptly left to run and grab some food. When we returned, we noticed that the carpets in the foyer and the hallway to our room were dirty. In our bathroom there was a dirty wash cloth on the counter and it was gross. My husband knocked it to the floor. The carpets in the room looked dirty and at this point, I was uncomfortable but it was late. So we climbed into the bed where I felt itchy and uncomfortable. The room just didn't feel clean. In the morning, I checked the "breakfast". It was tiny sugary muffins, sugar cereal, coffee with no cream, only milk. No decaf, some sorry looking apples and make your own waffles where there was a line. No protein of any kind to be found. The hotel in general felt worn out and needs TLC. It COULD be a decent hotel but it just wasn't.

Ehh. Won’t be back. Amazing bedding.
We walked in and the place seemed nice and clean. The attendant was very unfriendly. He was on two phones at once and didn’t even speak other than asking for our license and credit card. He took a call on his cell phone and stood to the side chatting while we were waiting. The lobby area had garbage cans that were overflowing and trash littered the floor next to it. The bedding in the room was absolutely the most comfortable and soft I have ever slept on. That part was amazing. Breakfast? They had cereal, a few muffins, and a waffle maker.

Yes, it’s inexpensive but it comes with a price.
Breakfast- it was pretty bare for breakfast, horrible coffee, the juice wasn’t appealing either, and very poor options for breakfast. Then comes the room——We got to our room late in the evening and ran and grabbed food, brought it back and within 5 minutes we had roaches crawling on the walls…. (Not from the food) So I asked the front desk and explained the room had roaches and showed photos. He shushed me and told me he would talk to his manager…. The fix was putting us in the room below the roach room. The next room had clumps of hair in the shower, stains all over the floor and well… you get the idea. Good luck..

Nope.
Only there one night. Check-in fellow was disinterested, slow to come to the counter, and slow to check us in. Questions seemed to pain him. The room was cold, despite where we set the thermostat. There was only a top sheet on the bed, no blankets anywhere. First tried doubling the sheet for warmth, then adding the lone bath towel. Finally had to put sweatshirts on to get warm enough to sleep.

Just don’t stay here.
Smelled like mold from the moment I walked in. Room smelled like bleach to cover the mold. No windows to open. A cockroach walked out when we walked into our room. Wish I’d a purchase directly so that I could have canceled my reservation. Don’t stay here. Breakfast was awful. Nothing real to eat.

One night during long car trip
In today days, when you pay less than $100 per night, don't expect any hotel to offer GOOD conditions.

Bad Breakfast
We picked this hotel because it was near the cruise port and offered hot breakfast. The only thing hit was waffles with the most horrible tasting syrup. They also had cereal and some pastries but no other hot food like eggs, sausage, bacon, etc. coffee was also terrible. very disappointing. Luckily there was a Shipleys right down the road so we had some kolaches for breakfast with some good coffee.

You will be fasting before & after the breakfast
This hotel is rather old and it shows. It’s clean enough to not worry about taking something extra home with you. It serves the purpose of being clean enough to stay overnight. One thing we wanted was breakfast and this place DOES NOT fit that purpose at all. One waffle maker, no warm food, one toaster and some muffins. It shouldn’t even list “free breakfast” in the description. We ended up at IHOP.

Not too concerned!!
The bathroom stool had a leak around the base . I reported it to the desk, but the young man didn’t send anyone tried check it.!! SO any hour later I called and he came and looked at it, then went and got a bath mat rug to put down so as to soak up the water! It stayed that way until we left!! GREAT FIX!!!!

Perfect location!
While our stay was for one night only, I expected the room to be cleaned. The bathroom was the worst. Unfortunately, the toilet had urine stains/drops and the bathtub had hairs on wall of tub and bottom by drain (long and short). The bed sheet had a stain which was not pleasant to the eye. Very sad because the hotel is beautiful and in perfect location.

it is located in a good place with good nightly rates, but they have very little menu for breakfast (breads and waffle, juice) also the cleanliness was bad. Room service left stuff in the refrigerator from previous tourist. Front desk service was good.

Clean the rooms.
Took longer than it should have for someone to come to the front desk even though we rang the bell several times, but no big deal. It would have been nice if they actually cleaned the rooms. The floor needed vacuumed and there was hair on the shower wall. Bedding seemed sketchy. Overall feeling of poor work ethic by housekeeping. One of the ladies at the front desk was awesome. Printed out paperwork for us and let us use stapler. I would not recommend staying here because apparently cleaning the rooms doesn't seem to be important to them.

Do not recommend at all!
The hotel lobby was very run down looking and seemed like the ac was broken. The room was not better at all. The was mold along the tub and a piece of the wall was missing under the ac. The breakfast was pitiful. The only thing for breakfast was waffles, bread, and cereal.
