Disgusting Rooms
First room had blood on bed and hair on other. And garbages were full. Gave us a dirty room. Then gave us a room that had lines of dirt all in bathrooom. Disgusting. And both times I was told "sorry". And thats it. Not staying there again or ever!

Simply Amazing!
From time of arrival, the gentleman at the front desk was so nice and accommodating. I was cold and wanted coffee and there wasn’t any, but he didn’t hesitate and offered to go brew some and did. The next morning we went to eat breakfast and the gentleman who worked the breakfast area was super friendly and helpful. I’d go back here in a heartbeat!!! Great place!

Great choice!
10 out of 10 would stay again! Breakfast was phenominal! Beds were comfy enough. We arrived to find out we had gotten a room with two queens accidentally, instead of a king, but the gentleman at the front desk didn't even question us, and moved us as soon as he could. The rooms offered several lighting choices, some of which were subtle enough enough people with light sensitivities. Pool was a little too chilly to swim at the time of are stay, but was clean. The TV guide and channel system, was confusing at first, but the selection was decent. Also, we appreciated that the TV's had HDMI access to attach streaming or gaming consoles or etc. If we return to the Saint Louis/Chesterfield area again, we will definitely be staying here!

Clean, Spacious, and Comfy!
This was a last-minute romantic getaway for a great price and exceptional cleanliness. The room was also very spacious, I’ve never stayed in a King room before and it was perfect. The bed was fluffy and cozy. Holiday Inn Express is our go-to hotel when out of town and this location kept up to the standard and did not disappoint.

It did not seem like our room was properly cleaned and restocked before we arrived. We did not have enough towels, I think there was only 2 of each size. The toilet paper was not refilled and we ran out of one roll and almost the second roll. It didn't look like the surfaces in the bathroom were wiped down. Other than worrying about running out of toilet paper and not having enough towels, our stay was great.

Arrived at the hotel and was informed they did not have a reservation for me even though it was booked and paid for through Expedia. The employee working for them smelled of alcohol and attempted to place my daughter and I in a room. However when we walked in the room it had not been cleaned, the beds were unmade, there was trash sitting on the furniture and wet towels in the bathroom floor. We went back to the front desk and the hotel then sent us to another hotel and comped our stay.
