Infelizmente o hotel deixou a desejar na hora do check in, cidade estava cheia por conta do show que ia ter próximo ao hotel e eles já deviam se preparar para receber os hóspedes. Porém colocaram uma novata no dia e demorou demais no atendimento, pois ela não sabia e as que sabiam paravam pra ajudar.. teve até boa vontade, mas não era dia de treinamento. Uma fila enorme na hora de entrar e chegamos era 11:30 e não quiserem adiantar nossa entrada, disseram que era por ordem de chegada e quando tivesse quartos liberados, entendo, mas poderia ter adiantado pelo menos o cadastro. Atrasamos super pra ir ao show.. não recomendo!!!

Hotel bem localizado, quartos confortados e limpos. Check in extremamente lento, o hotel estava cheio ficamos quase duas horas na fila para o check in, lamentável pois sabendo da taxa de ocupação o hotel estava despreparado para a demanda.

Já é a 3ª vez que me hospedei no hotel, a questão da limpeza senti que deixou a desejar, no primeiro dia meu banheiro não estava limpo o que comuniquei para recepção, nos demais dias pedi limpeza e só foi feito um dia e um não.Fiquei hospedada uma semana. Teve um dia que pedi limpeza e veio bater no quarto 20h da noite para fazer a arrumação, sendo que eu já estava deitada. Esse é um ponto que tem que olhar com atenção, pois deixou muito a desejar. Outro quesito foi o lixo do banheiro esta deplorável, não abre com o pé e ter que ficar levantando com a mão é melhor deixar um cesto aberto. Demais o café da manhã é bom, com grande variedade de frutas, mingau, ovos mexidos, bolos. Na recepção são atenciosos.
Lixeira que o pedal não funciona.

Infelizmente me decepcionei.

Eu já tinha me hospedado neste hotel no ano passado, e de lá pra cá piorou muito a qualidade. A cama era muito desconfortável (com um pedaço de pau segurando ela), o ar condicionando estava fazendo muito baralho e o elevador quase travou com a gente por diversas vezes. Infelizmente não iriei voltar, por mais que a localização seja muito boa, a qualidade caiu bastante.
