I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, making it very comfortable to relax. Additionally, the hotel offers a nice selection of drinks, coffee, snacks, and fruits in the basement, which was convenient for a quick treat. The location was also perfect, as it was close to the square, making it easy to explore the area. Highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and convenient stay!

Loved our stay here
Absolutely loved this hotel. Our desk guy at check in was very helpful and informative. I flew in on January 1, with lots of places closed, but he helped with telling us where to go and made our stay very nice amnd welcoming. Hotel is close to everything you need. The rooms are very nice and clean. We will definitely stay here in the future.

Great Hotel in Sol
This hotel is great. Right in the middle of Sol walking distance from Puerta del Sol and the train station. Lots of food and things to do very close by. The entrance can be a little difficult to find but it’s just on the side of a restaurant. Once you know it’s easy.

A comfortable and quiet oasis in center madrid
The hotel is in an excellent location, right in the center and yet the room was very quiet, because it was located on the inner part of the building. It was clean, functional and practical. The two most important things I missed and would really add a lot of value to this hotel would be if they would provide 2 things: a coffee/tea maker in the room, and a laundry service.

On a street that you can only get to by walking. Ubers and taxis can only drop you off 2-3 blocks away, so if you have rolling luggage it’s not easy. Bathrooms are weird. There is no delineation between shower and toilet, so when you shower the water goes everywhere and you have a wet floor the rest of the day. Wi-Fi does not work in the rooms.

GREAT LOCATION!
Great location! It was within walking distance of everything. The room was clean & despite all the people outside you couldn’t hear a thing. If you want to be eco friendly then you shouldn’t use bags that are essentially made from plastic & use a sticker to seal the bag for towels. Also don’t use paper bags for bottles of water. It’s a waste of water & paper. Just have a basket of water bottles at the front desk.

By far the best hotel I stayed in when in Spain. The free coffee space downstairs is super cute and provides you with snacks too. Everyday we received little sweet treats and bottles of water left at our door which was a nice surprise. The staff are so helpful and it’s located in the heart of the city making it so easy to navigate. Be mindful Ubers may not be able to drop you at the door given how central it is.
