Champagne at arrival! Quick check-in and wonderful front desk team. Golf cart shuttle to the Tennessee Theatre was a really nice touch. Very nice room with a super comfy bed with lots of pillows. Highly recommended.

From being greeted by valet and bell staff, to the efficiency and friendliness of the front desk- the smiles of the housekeeping crew- all first class. Transportation provided to all the fantastic restaurants- hotel rooms were spotless and very well furnished and decorated. Knoxville has become our new Charleston. All around great experience. This hotel is wonderful. Staff was amazing and went out of their way to help us with restaurants, beverages and transportation to the restaurant via golf cart on a rainy evening. I would give it six stars. Only downside was pillows are a bit poofy so if you like a flatter pillow then bring your own.
