Location : A budget hotel close to the main station. Within walking distance of many restaurants and sights. Comfy stay

Not the first time staying there. This time round staying there for near 1 week ( Thursday 20th to 25th Feb) Room cleanliness is ++. Quiet surrounding. Bad point : the toilet door can't fully shut and the rubbish bin press to open the lid is spoilt. Near Taipei Airport express train. ( 8 -12 mins walk) Near Ximending ( 5 - 10 mins walk)

Comfortable stay

I have opted to pay more and chose to stay in a double bed room. The room was good and it even has ToTo washable toilet. Yet there was no hanger inside the bathroom, so you needed to place your clothes on top of the toilet seat. Inside the bedroom it has insufficient clothes hanger, there was only a small one over the counter top, so it was a bit troublesome if you needed to hang long overcoat. I would recommend them to add some hangers behind the door or on some walls.

This is one of the last Hotel Relax chain near the Taipei main train station area. Although the room is considered small, it's perfect for solo traveler or couples to stay. I'll come back again if I visit Taipei in the future.

We arrived in Taipei early in the morning before the check in time but the hotel staff was kind enough to offer us coffee and luggage storage so we were able to start exploring Taipei without any burden. A special shout out to Reena who gave us detailed information on eateries in the area. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a hotel near Taipei Main Station at a reasonable price

The hotel is very central, very close to the main railway station. This also means that there was a lot of traffic around the hotel. Unfortunately, it was quite loud in the room. You have to know that, but otherwise it is not a problem. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would always book here again for shorter stays.

My first time in Taipei… the front desk staff was amazing and really helpful! It’s 5-10 minute walk to the biggest train station. It’s also the part of town with lots of local shops, restaurants and massage parlors. Also Starbucks, McDonald’s and 7-11’s are nearby too!
