Clean Up
The hotel itself was okay. The close exterior of the hotel was very trashy and dirty. There was a car without tires sitting in the parking lot right as you enter the broken metal gate.

Wouldn’t stay here again
When I finally went up to the room after being out all day, I entered the room and it was not clean! The bed was unmade and there was a water jug in the room. The front desk personnel was nice and moved me to a different room. At 3am, the people next door were loud for atleast an hour and I had to call twice. The room was decent there were items left behind from someone else. I wouldn’t stay here again. Front desk were nice.

Bitten by Bedbug
Upon arriving at the front lobby, I encountered several issues. The front door was locked, requiring me to use the intercom, which is not Deaf-friendly. I had to press the button repeatedly. When the woman finally came out, she appeared visibly upset. I explained that I am Deaf and cannot hear. She then allowed me to enter. Once inside, I checked in and proceeded to my room. To my dismay, the air conditioning was running despite the outside temperature being only 15 degrees. The room was freezing cold. I immediately turned off the AC. Furthermore, the desk chair was broken and unusable. Exhausted from my journey, I decided to stay in the room rather than deal with the inconvenience of seeking a replacement. Adding to my frustration, the lamp on the left-hand nightstand was not working. I also discovered that the power adapter in the room was faulty and did not charge my iPhone. To make matters worse, I woke up the next morning with a burning sensation on my neck. Upon closer inspection, I found that I had been bitten by a bedbug. I addressed these major issues with the front desk receptionist, providing her with my name and contact information. She assured me that she would inform the manager. However, I never received a text or any other communication from the manager. The breakfast provided was subpar, but at least it was something. I had driven all the way from Atlanta, Georgia, only to experience such poor service. This was unacceptable. I believe I am entitled to a full

it was an alright stay i had to tell them that my mattress had a piss smell to it , low and behold there was piss on the mattress with clean sheets on top. They accommodated me and my boyfriend with a new room bt we were ready to go due to the mold smelling water . not saying don't stay here , js make sure to check your beds at all times.

NASTY
The room I stayed in with my 1 year old and 3 month old had a pill of some sort left on the floor as well as toothpaste still on the sink. The cleanliness was terrible stained pillows gunk in the sink. I did not feel comfortable letting my child sleep on the bed as it was OBVIOUS that it wasn’t cleaned. I brought it up to the young lady downstairs and she was amazing.
