Place is fantastic friendly staff good foods great tour bookings airport shuttle hot water. The only thing is the swimming pool. I stayed two years ago and the pool had the same problem then. One of the pool lights is placed on the steps of the pool with electric wires only wrapped in electrical wire. I don't understand why they wouldn't fix the light. The property is building many new rooms. Why wouldn't you fix what's broken before building something new.

Stayed here with a big group of 3 families. Highly recommend! Staff were very friendly and accomodating with all our request, they were organize and always on top of it. Generally the hotel is good. All the staff are helpful and smiling. One negative feedback was, we requested for our room to be cleaned as I left a hanging note. But it was not. Secondly, I went to the counter to make sure that our "early" picked van will be arriving on time. She confirmed it will and said that I will be paying an extra charge for an early pick-up.. But she immediately, retracted the additional charges when I informed her that the manager did not charge me for any kind of early pick up. I just want to point out this incident. because the manager was kind enough to accommodate our request without mentioning any kind of additional charges and here she is charging us for an extra fee. But no harm done. We were happy and enjoyed our stay.
