Relaxing Stay

I had a very relaxing stay at Fuji Onsen Resort and would definitely consider staying here again if I was in the area. The hotel is close to Fuji Q Highland bus and train station as well as walking distance from Kawaguchiko station which connects you to other parts of the area and beyond. I loved the onsen facilities at the hotel and thought the area was clean and well organised. Breakfast buffet was lovely and restaurant has great views of Mount Fuji.

We had a fabulous room and the full view of Mt Fuji is presented from the room.

Very nice view (Mt.Fuji), love the breakfast, location is close to the station (very convenient), love the hot spring too! Excellent hotel! Not many good restaurants are located near the station.

Convenient for the theme park, but food wise, everything about a 20-30 mins walk away. That said, hotel itself is comfortable and the onsen was pretty good!

One of the best hotel's I've stayed in. Accessible as an English speaker, beautiful view of Mt. Fuji, located near the theme park that I would highly reccomend. The view alone is worth it.

Not suitable for travellers with dietary needs

Unfortunately they were unable to accommodate our dietary requirements and were not willing to point out which food was free from the allergen at the buffet. The location is also not ideal for those wanting to visit lake kawaguchiko, it’s quite a walk and the public transport is infrequent. We relied heavily on taxis.
