Horrible property! Pictures are deceiving! Stains all over my bed and towels. I requested a rend and they would not give it to me. I initially booked for 2 nights! But was left 1 hour after check in! And found a better hotel. That is how disgusting this place was! Do NOT STAY HERE!!

Passei 3 noites no hotel, localização excelente, duas quadras do metrô do largo do Machado. Opções de restaurantes, supermercado e farmácias todas muito perto. Tranquilo de se locomover, utilizei vaga de garagem por 50,00 a noite. O quarto deixou um pouco a desejar, sinais de infiltração, não tinha um armário ou local para deixar as malas, deu para perceber que estavam com algumas reformas no prédio, mas fomos muito bem atendidos. Utilizamos a piscina e academia, sem reclamações. Café da manhã com opções dentro do padrão.

O hotel não está em boas condições, não é bem localizado, não possui um café da manhã legal (é tudo muito bagunçado e de mal aspecto), os atendentes normalmente não te olham nos olhos e durante minha estadia meu ar condicionado não funcionava. O tamanho do banheiro é bom, mas a cama é desconfortável e há muitas infiltrações. Muito caro para o que entrega.

Atravesse a rua tem uma galeria mara..indico o Salao Slyllus e o Salão da Gilmara....no segundo andar tem a ANA da Podologia Catete...recomendo...e voltando ao Hotel.....virou meu point de estadia sempre...Destaque pro Daniel da Recepção..e o café da manhã ..que tem até cuscuz...raro de se encontrar fora do s hoteis do nordeste.!
