The room was VERY small but the window opened up and looked out at the leafy square and the beds were super comfortable. The price was excellent. The breakfast was great.

Well located in London, less than a 10 minute walk from Euston station. Staff were nice and hotel room was clean. It was not a large room, but that is to be expected in London. Unfortunately, we were there during a heat wave (30-35 degrees Celsius) so it was very hot in the room as there was no air conditioning. There was a fan though which was helpful. I would stay here again.

Excellent location. Close to two underground stations and our bus tour. Gorgeous park right outside. Easy to walk to amazing food. Nice staff that was very responsive. Check in was a breeze. I would definitely stay there again. A perfect experience for my son’s high school graduation gift!

We had booked at the Tavistock and 24 hours before travelling has been notified by email only that we had been moved to the City Sleeper. Room appeared to be smaller than what we had paid for, however, we were provided a complimentary breakfast for all members. Other than this hiccup the room was located in a quiet part of the hotel. Excellent service from all staff including the concierge, cleaners, breakfast staff. Room was always clean.

Always a great experience at the Tavistock. Staff are so friendly & I don't think I've ever turned up pre 3pm and my room not be ready. The housekeeping staff are on it, put big chains to shame. Rooms very comfy, have everything you need. Great location too - close to transport links and within easy walking distance of the British Museum, Holborn, Oxford Street, Covent Garden etc. Its a bit of a find this hotel would highly recommend.

First stop in the UK after flying into LGW. The Tavistock is an inexpensive black cab ride away from a major rail terminal with service to and from LGW. Early check-in was available. Great staff and right in Bloomsbury - history, dining, everything. You are in a downtown hotel - so city noise will be there, but that is the price of being so central. A true 5 star for value and location.

Extremely comfortable bed and pillows. Quiet room which was not over main road was excellent . Cant fault bed and pillows, slept amazingly well which is rare in London. Very nice art deco bar with goood inhouse restaurant. Good selection at the buffet breakfast. Will certainly stop again. If I have one comment of negativity its that the bar service could be more efficient and attentive .

Nice hotel in a good location. But no aircondition in the rooms, especially during the varm period, makes the rooms really really hot and opening the windows dont help much. Have to go down to the loby or the bar, where ac exists to cool down.
