We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Although there were some issues with the facilities, the staff and the location were very good. We arrived late at night and ordered dinner from room service, which was delicious. Highly recommended.

This hotel is excellent. Very clean spacious rooms, nice interior design, great restaurant and perfect view of the pyramids. Staff was friendly for the most part. You can walk to the pyramids. Outside the hotel there are locals trying sell you stuff and taxis drivers trying to get business which can get annoying. Good security guard who can come out to fend them off and make sure you are okay.

It was a wonderful view, the staff was very polite, specially “Santiago”, who spoke English, Spanish and French, he was very nice. Our only observation is that WiFi can be improved, it didn’t work in our room. Everything was very clean and food delicious.

If you want to stay close to the pyramids, this is the right place! The staff go out of their way to make your stay pleasant, the food is delicious, the rooms are nice, and the entrance to the pyramid complex is a few minutes away. Amazing!

The Staff were super friendly and courteous Sassa who was our to go guy was the most friendly and respectful well spoken young man He made our stay there the best with Sassa’s Big Smile Everytime he saw us made us feel Special Dina was another very nice young lady Food Menu at the restaurant was limited The View Spectacular !!!
