This place feels more like a repurposed asylum than a boutique hotel. Stark, cold, and eerily quiet — no music, barely any lighting, and zero hospitality. Staff were rude, manager worse, and maid service skipped our room entirely during a 4-night stay. Oh — and the elevator? Broken the whole time.
No bar, no food, no gym (unless you count two dusty Pelotons in a sad little rec room). Located on a loud train track with nothing walkable nearby.
Could’ve had potential, but no amount of “industrial chic” decor hides the fact that this place is just bleak. Avoid.
