This place was just wonderful. The hot springs are beautiful, the rooms lovely and so clean, the staff was friendly, the restaurant was delicious, and the tour guide, Neny, was just wonderful. She was so enthusiastic and knowledgeable about all the animals we saw. She really enhanced our visit. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this place to anyone. It is a paradise!!

The property is glorious nestled in a tropical rainforest. We enjoyed exploring the trails out to the waterfall and Ceiba tree. Amazing surroundings, excellent dining, perfect on-site hot springs to enjoy on demand. In addition to this, we were supported by the hotel team to help us with some rental car trouble while we were there. They went out of their way to assist us, implement a quick repair and got us on our way! Without this dedication to their guests our whole vacation could have been ruined. The hotel, restaurants, and coffee/cocoa tour were all five stars. We were very impressed and would happily come back, this is a wonderful place. Our private pool overlooking the rain forest was particularly amazing, and the kids loved the water slide into the river.
