This is my second time staying here. The room is very comfortable and clean, and I am very satisfied. It is also very convenient, being within a 5-minute walk from the hotel. I also thought the reception staff were very helpful. This time, I was traveling alone and ate dinner in the room, so I wish there was a microwave in the shared facilities. It is also close to Ximen Station on the Blue Line, so I would like to use it again.

Good stay but still have room to improve

We stayed at the hotel every time we come visit Taiwan. The first couple of years was excellent but this time the drainage pipe on the vanity was blocked, the silicone in the bathroom was full of black mould. Not as good compared to the last few stays. The front desk did offer to resolve the blocked pipe problem but was very late at night and we only stayed for one night so we did not accept the offer. But overall the room was nice and comfy.
