Checkin was horrible. Staff was rude. No one could check in even 1 minute before 3. Rather than being short and rude, a simple greeting and explanation of the situation would have gone a long way. No access to any microwave during breakfast service. They are not put out until breakfast is cleared - enjoy your cold coffee.
