Hidden Gem
CSR was a real treat. A small paradise at the doorstep to Siem Reap's nightlife. And, no, I'm not a marketing guy: I just write alot. I had a spacious room, with charming decor and bath. The pool area is excellent, virtually part of the lobby, with a swim up bar to start your evening. The staff is so welcoming, it's almost overwhelming for an American used to a culture where you thank the service people rather than them thanking you. You're closer to restaurants and shopping than if on a cruise ship, with lots more of both. Even the small hiccups brought to the staff's attention are addressed immediately, and with smiles. Its kind of hide-away location makes it more intriguing than the street fronted standards with well known names. So, definitely a thumbs up from me.

We are regular travellers and have stayed at a lot of hotels globally. The level of service offered at this hotel is above any that I have ever seen. Every staff greeted us by name and welcomed us by walking out to the parking lot with wet towels each time we returned from a trip. They left absolutely no room for error in service. We were welcomed by different levels of management, including the General Manager. The breakfast was really delicious and had a lot of variety. We did not use the pool but the swim up bar looked amazing. The location was just a 1 minute walk to many of the best streets around. A special thank you to Pisen for making our stay exceptional.
