I arrived late and very tired from work and the clerk was cheerful and accommodating. I asked for a 1st floor level room due a bad knee in which climbing stairs would be difficult and I was accommodated. I really appreciated that gesture.

Very sparse rooms. It was clean but felt like a Motel 6. In addition, there was a loud screatching noise from the pipes that went on all night. In the morning the manager admitted they have known about the noise and put me in the room anyway without telling me. Then he would not refund the bill or make any concession on the cost. Bad experience. Won’t be back

Jay is exceptionally helpful and enjoys visiting this location, which offers convenient parking. The beds are superbly comfortable, and the environment is tranquil. Additionally, it is in proximity to my workplace, allowing me to arrive at the breakfast area promptly before starting my shift. Thank you for this remarkable experience. First the good stuff: friendly check in, clean room, convenient location, safe neighborhood, free parking, good WiFi , decent price Needs to improve: checked in early with an empty parking lot and didn’t have a downstairs room with window available for us which required us carrying luggage up step stairs, room was a little run down (toilet paper dispenser broken), bed was not super comfortable, thin towels

It was terrible, first of all, when we came, they did only have one small trash bin in the bathroom, we asked them to give us extra one in the bedroom, they told us we don’t have one, second thing they did only paper towel in bathroom, at last they didn’t offer any room service while we stayed
