Definitely coming back!
Ian was great so personable & super friendly. Morning staff was friendly & helpful with all our questions we asked about Pullman. The oatmeal for breakfast definitely unique (like the entire place). Beds were comfortable, room was very clean & loved the double sink bathroom (especially the height).

It's a cute, well-maintained property in the center of Pullman's downtown. Short (very-short) walk to restaurants and a good coffee shop, the McCoy surprised us and made the visit. The only downside was not being able to check-in without an additional fee when we arrived 25 minutes ahead of schedule. Otherwise, great.

Great Place to Stay When Visiting Pullman or Mosco
We love staying at the Hotel McCoy! It has an eclectic vibe to it. The rooms are a good size, beds are comfortable, and the bathrooms are clean and up-to-date. The amenities are awesome too. A drink token for you when you arrive and a free oatmeal breakfast in the mornings... and much more. I want to give a shout out to the assistant manager Wendy for her help when I left my wedding ring behind in my room. When I called, she retrieved it for me and held onto it for me until we could pick it up. So kind! LOVE THIS PLACE!

Great hotel.
Loved everything about the room and hotel. The heater was a bit loud. I would definitely stay again and recommend to friends.

Unique spot. Worth staying, especially for the $$$
Great room. Only issues for me was the extremely loud HVAC cycling on and off all night and I couldn’t just turn it off as it was well below freezing. Then 6am traffic gets loud and constant. But getting a room back from the road would’ve helped with this. The grilled cheese sandwiches rock for sure.

Rooms are nice but probably won't stay again
The hotel itself is deceptive but not in a bad way. It looks older but the rooms are actually very nice. Albeit some quirks. First off, it's a steep hill entrance. In the winter this could be not fun. As far as ADA, I wouldn't recommend. Issues with parking and from what I could all the rooms had a significant door threshold which would make it difficult for mobility devices. The TV in my room was giant which was nice. The king bed in the room I had was very firm which I struggled with and didn't sleep well. The painting in my room was also a bit creepy. The little fridge was super cute and I really want one for myself. I didn't experience any issues with noise at night but during the day I can hear the upstairs guests. There is a gas station right across the street which was very convenient. I was slightly annoyed that I was not allowed to check in even 1 minute before 3pm without paying $35. To me this is about customer service and making sure a guest is taken care of to avoid major inconveniences. I arrived at about 2:30 and had somewhere to be and wanted to get my bags in so I didn't have to bring them in late at night when I got back but they would not allow me to do that unless I paid extra. I just think it's not great customer service to be THAT stickler. I even checked again at 2:40 when my ride got there and I was still denied access to take my bags to my room.

This is my go-to hotel in Pullman. Small, renovated with a cool vintage vibe. Fun amenities and super clean rooms. In downtown, so there is street noise, but not a deal breaker. I'll be back for sure.
