Badly service
I travelled with family with kids Everything ok until morning I checked out. Day before I check out I told hotel receptionist I will leave Akita early morning 5am and leave my 3 luggage’s in early morning and collect next day , receptionist agreed. Next day early morning 445am a different receptionist told me hotel policy must have reservations than only can leave luggage .. end up I need to cancel my taxi reservation due to size of taxi and paid extra carried all my luggage to Akita, with children’s Poor service The morning receptionist not considered at all. Suggestion to hotel Hire trained employee who can provide best service

we got the standard bed for and had good amenities like microwave, oven toaster, kettle and laundry/dryer. Though room is small for your typical japanese hotel room. carpet floor needs a good steam cleaning as it smells like shoes.

Non-existent Service
There's no free bottled water in the hotel whereas 2 years ago, they had that amenity. One also has to pay 1,500 yen if you want your room cleaned. They only offer limited housekeeping which is change of towels & collection of trash. For the amount they are charging for a night stay, I expected that these services would be readily offered. We stayed here in 2022 and we didn't have any issues with them then.

Good location next to Higashi-Ginza and walkable to Ginza station underground if needed to get to the other lines. The train from Higashi Ginza goes straight to Haneda which is super convenient The one complaint was that being on a lower level facing the main street is quite noisy as there's a highway going undernearth. The staff though were nice enough to move us to a high level facing the smaller inner street and it was quiet. The hotel doesn't do full room cleanings. Just towel swaps and garbage emptying. Its a 1500 yen fee to do a 'full' cleaning.

Location is very convenient. Rooms are ok size if u choose the residential double. But otherwise quite tight. Washing machine in the room is awesome. Can definitely improve on kitchen supplies, I.e only 2 forks and no spoon, no chopsticks. There is no toaster im the room, and they don’t supply it either.
