Fixed their issues quickly
I had one room that would reach a certain temp, then it would switch to AC. I called and they sent maintenance. He concluded it needed a new unit. He quickly went and got a new one and installed it. he had barely been gone 2 minutes and the same thing happened. I called again and she called her manager. They decided to move me to another room. I repacked and they assisted moving my things. The staff was great. Hotel was clean.

We get to the hotel and I requested a 1st floor room which I never get. Second the bathroom under the sink looked like it had, had a leak and there was rusty brown stuff on the floor. We had 1 large towel for two people, there was no shampoo or conditioner in the bottles in the shower. The bed had lumps in the mattress so you know it is old and it was not comfortable at all, the pillows were horrible (old). We stay at the Hampton Inns quite a bit and I have to say this was our worse stay.

This was one of the worst stays I've ever had at a hotel. The room was dirty and there were hairs in the bathtub and around the toilet. Staff was not helpful and unpleasant.

Very nice!
We arrived just before midnight, extremely exhausted and hungry. Front desk was pleasant and helpful with checkin. Thankfully the market in the lobby offered a little more than just the typical snacks. Mac ‘n cheese for the win! Barely got 6hrs of sleep before getting back on the road, but the sheets smelled fresh and clean, and I slept comfortably.

All the Hampton Inn we've stay in have been so comfortable and clean. The staff are always helpful and accommodating. Love the free full breakfasts. This property had weird doors on the bathroom which were not able to he locked. I had never seen that before. Everything else was perfect
