Definitely worth the price

Good location by bus terminal, 2 min walk. Hot water in large shower. Large, comfortable king bed with AC and two ceiling fans. Ten minute walk to beach or central area. Rooftop terrace with chairs. Very clean. If you take the one-bedroom apt, remember there are two separate bedrooms so you may share common area and kitchen only. You have your own bathroom in your room. You have to wait until three to check in. Building is now blue, not yellow and has no sign. Look for address on blue wall. There is a rooster right next door which woke me many times a night. I'm a light sleeper. It is definitely worth what you pay for, I would book again. TV in common area is Roku.

This accomodation is very poorly maintained but the owner- mattresses are worn out, pillows are smelly and stained, bathroom fixtures are rusty, kitchen utensils are old and scratched beyond safe to use, no cutlery to work with. Would never stay again nor recommend.

This is a bait and switch people. The rooms are NOT the ones in the pictures. I reserved quad with kitchen and got single without even a fridge. Food spoiled of course. No wifi. No one ever at the property to address your concerns. Look elsewhere.

Not what expected!!

Nothing to do with pictures, beds and linens were not what the pictures show. Bathroom and bedroom very outdated. No receptionist, had to wait in very hot weather and standing for person in charge to come and check in.

Horrible, jamás me dijeron que tenía que compartir el apartamento con extraños,eran tres chicas que se la vivieron en fiesta con ruido y no dejaban dormir… el hotel debería especificar que uno no está solo y que tienes que compartir sala y cocina con extraños.. JAMÁS RENTARÉ OTRA VES AHÍ.. MUCHO MENOS LO RECOMENDARÍA

Fue muy agradable, personal acogedor y atento, la recepción es a las 3 para las personas que tengan duda, todo funciona en la habitación, las habitaciones son espaciosas y el baño es muy grande, cuenta con agua caliente, internet, aire acondicionado y ventilador, si llevan personas de las tercera edad no hay elevador, pero no son muchas escaleras por subir , en cuanto a la ubicación está muy práctica está a unos 15 min caminado de la playa, se encuentra en la entrada principal, sin duda regresaría

Instalaciones en buen estado, buena limpieza de la habitación, los teléfonos proporcionados en plataforma no son correctos, solo se presentó la persona para el check in pasadas de las tres y se retiró se le volvió a ver hasta el día de check out a las 12:00 , no hay apoyo con alguien a cargo durante la estancia, la habitación que se me dio no cuenta con cocina ni microondas como lo anuncian en la reserva, el control de TV sin pilas funcionales, prometieron cambiarlas y no lo hicieron, buena ubicación pero no se cuenta con apoyo de alguna persona responsable, solo dan las llaves y se van.

La realidad es de que el hotel como tal le falta mucho mantenimiento ya que llegas y la habitación que te asignan huele en exceso a humedad ya que las paredes tienen Mo hongo de salitre, pero lo peor es cuando avistas cucarachas gigantes de aproximadamente cinco sentidos y arañas del mismo tamaño es terrorífico Pero bueno en sí lo más molesto es estar oliendo durmiendo en la habitación con ese olor a humedad... Eso es lo peor.

No lo recomiendo, no nos dieron la habitación que nosotros habíamos alquilado, no había agua caliente en la regadera, no funcionaba la conexión a internet y la necesitábamos por cuestiones de trabajo, la señal del teléfono es casi nula y lo peor había suciedad de rata en la sala.
