Highly recommend this hotel. We had such a great time and enjoyed every second of it. Especially for the Spa after a long hike to Batur volcano, great masseuses. I want to give an especial shout out to Pirlo who took care of our necessities in the most professional way. We’ll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Four Points by Sheraton Kuta! The staff were incredibly hospitable, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was good—close to the beach and attractions.
