Poor service. ocean view suite was nice.

View was great. Room was comfortable and spacious. Check in was slow. Elevator was broken. When I was given the room that hadn’t been cleaned I was not going to stand in a 10 person line again so I went to a lady who wasn’t helping anyone and she avoided even looking at me until I Said excuse me look at me please. Then the guy next to her was helpful and got me another room. Tried to call before going back to desk but they never answered phone.

Call a Plumber Please!!

Friendly staff. My room didnt have an ocean view but it was nice not having to walk far to get down to the beach. The grounds seemed fairly well maintained and clean but you can tell the buldings are old. The free-range bunnies on the property added some whimsy. The room didnt have AC but with the window open it never got too hot in there and we used the box fan provided to help drown out some backround noise(our headboard shared a wall with the staircase). My only real gripe would be the water temperature situation in the shower. The entire time the temperature was fluctuating from scalding hot to ice cold, making for a frustrating experience.
