Small but mighty
The Casa Antigua was perfect for our ~8 hour stay. Their staff could not have been kinder. The owner is a gem of a human, and the organized a shuttle for us that picked us up promptly at 3 AM to get us to the airport in time.

Not what the pictures show
Not what I expected. When using the toilet, your face is in the shower curtain and the sink to wash your hands is right next to your face by your pillow on the bed with no room to even stand in front of the room reminded me of a jail cell, although it was clean it was very tiny compared to what the pictures make it look like . Everytime a truck goes by the bed shakes . Extremely loud although they give you ear plugs. That’s says it all

Wonderful experience for a stay near the airport. The owner is phenomenally friendly as he talked to us and gave us a great advice for the rest of our trip including the best driving routs and so much more about the locations to stay as well as tourist attractions. The owner and staff are absolutely fantastic! The proximity to the airport is perfect as I had a very early flight to catch. This gave me a nice place place to chill for my last day in beautiful Costa Rica. The owner and his friend are amazing! He’s been all over the world and it’s very clear to see how his positively acts as a magnet for positivity. Beautiful soul and a nice place to spend my last night.

Fabulous People!
I loved my stay at Casa Antiqua, short though it was. The staff and particularly the owner went out of their way to accommodate my needs. I had left my cell phone in the van and they did everything possible to help me retrieve it quickly since I was flying out at 7am the next morning. I can't thank them enough! They also linked me up with airport transport at 4:45 the next morning and the cab arrived on the dot. A great experience! The room was very clean.
