Bay Top Motel looks like it is from another time and booking fairly last minute, I was afraid it might be very outdated or unkept. That could not be further from the truth! While it clearly is a motel from days gone by, it has been beautifully kept up, updated and has all the amenities needed for a quick stop over while in town for the concert. That being said, after seeing the landscaping and reading about all the care and attention to detail put into the gardens, I do intend to come back when I can see more in bloom. The owners clearly take great pride in provider travelers with a welcoming spot to rest their heads and it is done for a reasonable price. On top of that, our little room had a screen porch and outdoor deck not mentioned in the booking. I highky recommend Bay Top Motel if you are looking to spend time very close to Weirs Beach, going to a concert at the Bank of NH Pavilion or just passing through New Hampshire.

The property has beautiful flowers, nice amenities, friendly owners and staff, and my kids loved the pool, ping pong table and hot tub. We watched the Weirs Beach fireworks from the Adirondack chairs on the property. The hotel is older but still offers lots of charm and memories to be had.
