This hotel is a little gem! Don’t be fooled by the fact that the decor is classic old style, this place is spotlessly clean and meticulous. The apartment was so clean, the bathroom has had an upgrade and is lovely with a good shower and nice little touches with a basket holding clean flannels, sachets of shower gel and shampoo and even makeup pads and cotton buds! There is a fridge in the room and drinking glasses, a bottle opener and even a shoehorn hanging in the coat closet!! Nothing has been overlooked in this place and Olan who greeted us on arrival is friendly and welcoming. There is a bar downstairs and we stayed for the 3€ each continental breakfast which was splendid. All in all, this is a budget hotel that offers much more than it costs. Highly recommended. We would stay here again!

I was asked by a staff "how was my sleep?" at the breakfast - a question which I haven't heard for so long time when staying at a hotel. Everything was clean. Location was great as a tram station is just a step from the location. Would be great to have a kettle in the room for such a very cold day.

Good location just 10 minutes walk from the centre or a short tram ride from outside the hotel. Breakfast was normal continental buffet. Staff were pleasant and helpful. However, we had a room facing the road. It was too hot with the windows closed and too noisy to them open.

Virkelig god modtagelse i receptionen af super venligt og imødekommende personale. Værelset var rent og badeværelset helt i top. Morgenmaden var fin - manglede der noget, skulle man bare spørge, og så var det der med det samme. Hotellet bærer præg af at være brugt i mange år, men det opvejes af prisen og personalets gode service.

Zentrumsnahe Lage. Straßenbahn-Haltestelle um die Ecke. 2 Stationen bis Königsplatz. Zimmer und Bad recht geräumig, modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Alles sauber. Schnelles WLAN. Zimmer am Ende des Gangs mit Blick auf den Innenhof. Damit wurde meinem Wunsch nach einem ruhigen Zimmer voll entsprochen. Gute Matratze. Konnte gut schlafen. Sehr gutes Frühstück im Zimmerpreis inbegriffen. Deutlich besser als das, was von vielen Hotelketten gegen Aufpreis geboten wird. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Diesmal habe ich leider keinen der 8 kostenlosen Parkplätze (im Innenhof und vor dem Hotel) bekommen. Konnte aber in der Nähe in einer Nebenstr. parken. Komme gerne mal wieder.

Ein guter Standort, nicht weit zum Kongresszentrum und in die City. Straßenbahn direkt vor der Tür. Das Zimmer war sehr groß, und sehr sauber. Das Bett ist bequem, es gibt genug Ablagefläche. W LAN funktioniert sehr gut. Leider war das Zimmer zur Straße. Das Frühstück ist vollkommen okay.

Vriendelijk personeel, ruime kamers en mooi sanitair. Alles werkte en was goed afgewerkt. Schoon. Parkeren gratis bij hotel. Centrum Augsburg ongeveer 20 min lopen. Tram stopt voor de deur maar geeft geen overlast. Prijs/prestatie heel goed.
