Even in Lockdown, what a paradise!
My girlfriend and I had bad luck just before our trip to Ribeirão Preto since it was announced the night before that the city was going into lockdown the entire time we would be there. Despite this, the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating and did everything they could to make sure our stay (to celebrate our anniversary) was truly unforgettable. Although the pools and restaurants were closed, we were still able to walk the beautiful property, hand in hand, and we absolutely cannot wait to return. The Royal Tulip JP Ribeirão Preto is absolutely our resort of choice in Interior São Paulo!

O hotel é lindo e confortável, porém tivemos um episódio de destrato racial com meu marido, vindo do atendente Paulo e da atendente Norma do bar da piscina dos fundo(pois lá haviam 2 piscinas) que acavou com nosso brilho no olhar sobre o hotel. Educação e respeito deveria ser algo natural de qualquer local, mas em pauta, um hotel do padrão de Royal deveria ser mais atento e exigente com seus funcionários.
