The one star reviews are from people traveling down the highway who need a place to crash for the night. The 5 star reviews are for people who seem to live here for a spell. The rooms smell like smoke and are pretty gross and dated. That said, the bed was clean, the ac worked well enough and there was hot water in the shower.

The room was clean, and the price was good. But the area seemed a bit sketchy. And the facility was pretty old. I don't know if they advertise breakfast or not, but all that was there at 9am was a coffee pot.

The managers were very nice and had great recommendations for great restaurants. the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable with nice clean sheets. The coffee and snacks in the office were nice too.

Great service! Called to check on us before we made it to check in, and asked us when we wanted maid service. Very friendly staff. Very quiet place to stay. At the last minute we had to book an extra night and they were very accommodating and friendly.

Hotel worked well for my needs and cost was better than anything in Manhattan. Front desk woman that helped me was great and super friendly. I would stay there again because of the friendly service and attitude she provided. Wish I remembered her name but she worked on Friday June 9th and 10th when I left.

I needed a last minute place for my mom and the owners/managers stayed late to check my mom in, and they were very sweet. They had a bag of goodies too which was quite nice. The place was clean and decent for a nights stay. The place is old and it has an old smell to it, but other than that, perfect for a one night stay.
