A very comfortable motel to rest your head.

The room was more than what I expected. I was very happy. It was very comfortable. The beverage vending machine was out of order.

Location is more to the country side very quiet and peaceful. Love it clean fresh air. Comfortable clean bed, and sparkling bathroom. This a motel room do not expect 5 star hotel amenities, but it was renovated and clean. It comes with a microwave, small fridge, and a coffee maker.

This is the 3rd or 4th time we have stayed here, it is close to Pennings Farms which we come to once a year in the fall. The property is nice, quiet and comfortable. We will continue to stay here in the future.

Improvement Needed

The most important thing when staying in a Motel, for me, is cleanliness. You need to fire your cleaners. Nothing is more gross then encountering other peoples hairs. Your rooms need to be thoroughly vacumed and dusted after every stay. ALL SURFACES. While I appreciate that you replaced carpet with hard surface flooring to be more sanitary, the floors need to be mopped after every stay to actually be clean. The bedding and towels need to be replaced when they turn gray and are covered with pills and have stains. We were there for a multi day stay, yet we were provided with only 1 coffee packet, one towel, hand towel, and one face cloth each. Make your check in better. We arrived at about 3:30 in the afternoon and it felt like breaking into Fort Knox. The door to the office was locked and there was a confusing sign saying "Lift the phone reciever" in addition to another sign saying "Ring the bell". I did both and had no confidence that anyone was coming to check me in. For over$100 dollars per night - DO BETTER!

Good value

While the room wasn't pristine or perfect, the defects were very few and quite minor. The bathroom was a pleasant surprise, too, as it was much nicer than average for the room price.
Lisa, 1-night trip

Property is hard to locate using Google and then the turn heading to Vernon to the property is super sharp right hand turn.

Samuel, 1-night trip

I was attending a reunion at the Blue Arrow Farm in nearby Pine Island, NY. This hotel was only 6 miles away so quite convenient. The room was clean and everything worked as it should. The man told me checkout was 10:30am but I read that it was 11am. I left at 10am so it didn’t affect me.
Paul, 1-night trip

Nice stay, quiet. Having a 2PM check in time was great, as well = Don’t see that hardly ever!
