Avoid…
The dirtiest hotel I have ever seen. I do not think it is healthy for anyone to stay at this place with mold all over the bathroom and dirt and dust all over the room. No manager or supervisor to talk to. Very unfriendly front desk staff except Jordan. No phone usb charger or converter. Best advice to buy at department store 10 minutes away. We had to move out after one night (booked for 6 nights) I will be definitely contacting Mallorca Health & Safety department to discuss all of this.

Pleasant stay in the centre of old town
Pleasant hotel, excellent location. Rooms were a good standard although aspects could do with mild maintenance. Most staff were very polite and helpful. Breakfast was okay but not a vast choice and the portions were not same as paying guests which was a let down. Paying guests 2 eggs, residents 1 .. even juice was a smaller glass! Is that really necessary? Bed very comfortable. Overall a good stay.

Excellent customer service
The customer service is excellent, with all staff being extremely friendly and easy to communicate with. Breakfast was also excellent, offering a variety of options—our favourite was the pistachio croissant! Additionally, there are restrictions on driving in the area around the hotel, and the closest parking is about a 10-minute walk away.

Wonderful charming hotel in a great location
My partner and I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Cort, large designer suite, sympathetic interiors and great staff. The hotel is also in a perfect location for the best of Palma. Cant recomend it Enough. We stayed for dinner which was also lovely. The restaurant manager in particular couldnr so enough for us. Made our break in Mallorca very special.
