Property needs some minor upgrades. Bathroom had mold under floorboards. Fan didn't work. Bathtub drain was clogged/ drained poorly. I liked the flooring but room needed swept. Always love the microwave/ fridge.

Good staff, outdated hotel

Friendly staff, horrible parking situation. The hotel parking is a nightmare! One side is extremely steep and then back side is very tight that there's really nowhere to turn around if you get stuck. Our room looked like it hadn't been used in months. The vents were full, including a giant spider hanging from the ceiling. There was something splattered all over the curtains. The hallway smells very bad as well and the elevator sounds like it's about to go out.

It was good slept well . Would like a bench outside to sit on. Parking is on lower level is a challenge if you have a disability , you have a ways to go to get to the elevator that will take you up to lobby or to your room . There are are I ly 2 handicap parking spots at the front entrance the other front parking slopes down a hill. Pet friendly love that ❤️staff if very courteous ❤️

Lured into a hot box

We checked in around 11 pm, on a Saturday. The room's air conditioning didn't work. When we complained, the front desk person said that they knew that the A/C was not working, and said they coul not give us another room. All they could do was lend us a fan. The temperature in the room was 80 degrees F, and the window didn't open. We spent the night in a hot box! To add insult to injury, the shower drain was partially clogged and in the multiple showers we took to cool off, we were standing ankle deep in shower water.
