I highly recommend staying here so much better than a hotel I felt like I was at home to living room with the fireplace was awesome to sit down and relax in the lower level has a little bar and a pool table all area I like that I could actually open the windows in my room Being able to have a snack or grab some water in the kitchen area anytime was great the free parking was easy location was great walking distance to all the fun we definitely will plan to come back and stay here again

We absolutely loved this hotel. It is a Lark Hotel and we stayed at a similar one in Saratoga Springs. The staff, Carma, was excellent and the hotel was beautiful, with great atmosphere. It was walking distance to the downtown Portsmouth area and had ample parking. The breakfast was also delicious, all in all, a great experience.
