Front desk staff is very polite and fluent in English. It feels warm and welcoming. The room itself is very spacious and clean. Location is close to Jeju bus terminal, which made my commuting very convenient. All in all, I am enjoying my solo travel and stay here in Astar Hotel Jeju very much.

The hotel was very clean and quiet. The staff was friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. There are also cafes and restaurants very close to the hotel. It’s close to the intercity bus terminal so that you can easily get a bus to another part of the island for sightseeing.

Convenient stay to access the city and cherry blossom festival which was within 10 minutes walking distance. Hotel staff were helpful and friendly especially our cleaning lady on the 10th floor. Handy to have parking on site in the city. G25 incorporated into the hotel was very useful.

For jeju, it was right in downtown so all the taxi drivers knew how to get there. Very nice staff and clean. Rooms are typical on the smaller size like Japan so if you have a family of 4 with lots of luggage make sure you get a bigger room like a suite so your family is more comfortable

Great stay. Breakfast very good and the restaurant was good and reasonably price for supper meal. The hotel is located in a good area. There is a sauna in the hotel, which you have to pay 10,000 won per person per use. This felt a little strange to me that you had to pay as a hotel guest; I feel like it should be included in your room, rate. Overall great stay and very professional service.

Some of the staff seemed indifferent and others seemed friendly. The fitness center was closed one of the days. We were disappointed to learn that there is a fee for everything, it’s 10,000 KRW to use the gym, it’s 10000 KRW for late check out and don’t forget your toothbrush because you have to buy one from the onsite convenience store
