The worse motel stay ever
The toilet flooded the entire room the entire stay and they refused to fix it, change our room, comp us, or anything else. So when we asked to at least make the one part of our room that wasn’t wet more comfortable and ask for a pillow and extra blanket, they said no and hung up on us. They then fixed the toilet the day we checked out, brought US towels, and asked us to clean it. I am so disgusted, disappointed, and they couldn’t have been more rude.

The room wasn’t cleaned the sink still had toothpaste from the last person. The blankets looked and smelled like they weren’t washed. When you looked in between each blanket there was hair and residue all over the blanket. The table and floor had crumbs and sticky stuff everywhere. We didn’t even want to sit on the bed or even shower there.

A nightmare of service!
Check in was at 1pm i arrived at 3:48pm receptionist argued with me about what i ordered for 45 minutes, was finally issued room went to room which i got downgraded to a single full walked in bed was all torn and falling apart springs where chilling out of the blankets and falling apart dead bugs everywhere on the floors 2 outlets didn't work one in the bathroom and one by the bed i couldn't sleep most of the night because I falt something crawling on me i wouldn't recommend this motel 6 to anyone, i finally left for class at 6am turned my key in and afterwards i went home by the way the key worked but i had to use my shoulder to get in the room because the door was broken and no safety locks on door and deadbolt lock was broke motel6 sure went down the drain since I last stayed there!
