Amazing place to stay, would highly recommend
The HUMANS and the PEOPLE that work here, have been nothing but gracious and kind during our stay, especially with the wildfires happening Never minding their own situations, they are kind and amazing Housekeeping staff should be tipped regularly, even if it's just a smile or a hug (but i would recommend tips) Front desk always gives the best, but let us please not forget about the men and women that are on the backside cleaning up everyone's messes.

While I appreciated the excellent customer service, I encountered some issues that affected my overall experience. The cleanliness of the room was only satisfactory, as I noticed the presence of cockroaches, which significantly impacted my ability to sleep. Additionally, I found that housekeeping was quite loud in the hallways during the morning hours, which was disruptive. On previous occasions, someone also opened my room door around 8 AM, which added to the discomfort. I hope this feedback is helpful for your ongoing efforts to maintain a high standard of hospitality. Thank you for your attention to these matters.

The smells of urine in the parking lot tells u a lot…The Redac hotel, this place is “trying hard” to modernize but still old and cheap they are masking the smell of old building buy putting cheap air freshener everywhere…about the noise, if u are in 2nd floor, u can hear the person above you walking…the 3.5 star hotel is deceiving, it should be one star..
