For a motel style property, it was very nice. Goyang-Si is a long way from Gangnam area, but the local dining was delicious, all traditional Korean, and inexpensive. It is close to Kintex Exhibition Site, and price was very reasonable. During the stay, the room had a Samsung Air-Dresser in the room. It was my first time trying it. It was very quiet and effective at drying clothes overnight. The property was very amenable to letting me check in at 6:00am (for a reasonable charge). I will definitely stay here again if I have a trade show at Kintex.

Reasonable rated hotel near Kintex convention center. Rooms spacious,additional amenities, large bathroom, everything pretty ok in the room except very hard beds. Fortunately enough pillows to add some padding

Was in Ilsan - Goyang for a convention at Kintex and the location of the Hotel was just right and convenient. The subway station near to the hotel is a plus even the real Seoul was a bit far , I could during my 6 days stay enjoy the neigborhood.

Free bottled water every day, close to bus and subway, 10- minute walk to Kintex. Staff did a nice job helping me in spite of my lack of Korean. Room could be s little cleaner but it was ok for the price.

Very closed and convenient location from KINTEX,subway station(Dae Hwa sta.),Airport limosine bus stop ,and lots of good restaurant. This type hotel is used only for lovers/couples in Japan,but not in Korea. Ladies,families can use normally as if they are business hotels.
