Hotel was good, but staff training and coordination lacked big time. Front office team was really bad, knowledge and communication did not appear, they could not even answer simple questions, can’t fix their own mistakes. They were not trained at all. Restaurant team looked tired of certain demographic of quests, who are demanding and rude to the staff, but once they get to know you staff was really nice. Burak from the main dinner restaurant stood up, he was very welcoming and helpful. Please check spelling and grammars in all your, menus, signs and lists. Need attention by someone who knows English well. I would like come back and see it again.
