The staff was helpful upon check in and the hotel is located in a great area. It is very close to the duomo and other walkable locations. It was very convenient for our trip. Check in was easy and the staff were nice. We would definitely stay at this location again.

Great location with a balcony. You can look left on the balcony and see the bapistry at the Duomo. Look right and the Medici palace is on the corner. Locaton was perfect. Room was simple with huge doors that opened to the balcony. I’d stay here again

The location of this property is simply amazing with the Duomo being just around the corner and since is located on the city center every other remarkable activity or place to visit is in walkable distance. The lady at the reception was really helpful and even offered to give us a map of the city with various locations , restaurants, and things to do around the city.

Didn’t spend much time in room, however it was spacious and clean. Beds were comfy. Could do with more storage/table space. Really appreciated the breakfast boxes as we were out touring and couldn’t do breakfasts in time for two of our mornings. Laura was particularly helpful, checking us in, giving us the local information and helping us to book train tickets. Thanks Laura.

Interesting hotel set in an old building but rooms very modern. Rooms clean. Staff friendly and helpful. My main concern was that Internet was not working on our side of the 2nd floor.

B&B very well located, staff people very welcoming and symptathic, room clean. BUT, if you have difficulties to sleep in a noisy environment, tell the B&B before ! There are rooms that give you a view to the main street (and a part of the duomo), but the windows are not enough to limit the noises in the room, it's like we are litterally sleeping outside (with garbage collector at 2am, construction workers at 6am and many other noises). If you can sleep with noises, then it's ok.

Nice location near the duomo, shopping, and museums. Train station is a 10 minute walk. Wifi was absolutely horrible...wouldnt stay connected for longer than 5 mins. The room we had was clean and spacious. It was a little difficult to find our room but i felt safe as there 4 different doors you had to get through. The TV had only 1 station to watch.

We loved the high ceilings of the room and the design. The beds were not too comfy for our taste and the little shower heads from our room didn’t work, but the main shower head worked so we were able to take a decent shower. The staff was very kind and they told us about many different spots to try around the area.
